Returns and Exchanges

At 4SURE, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return or exchange.


1. Returns Window

You have the right to request a return or exchange within:

14 days from the date your order is delivered.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With original tags attached

  • Returned with original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

We also reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, odour, washing, alteration, or misuse.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email hello@4sureclothing.co.uk

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.


4. Refunds

  • A full refund of the product cost will be issued once the returned item is received and approved.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within the 14-day return window.

  • Exchange items are subject to stock availability.

  • If your requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photographs of the issue, ideally taken upon delivery.

  • Our team will assess and resolve the issue promptly in accordance with UK consumer law.


7. Return Shipping & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • International customers are responsible for any return duties or customs fees.

  • Shipping charges and duties are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked service, as 4SURE is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
